Initial Consultation Agreement

This Initial Consultation Agreement is entered into on the date of booking between Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant -IRB Purity Ndungu (the “RCIC”) of SafariLink Immigration Consulting Inc. (the “Firm”) and the Client, as named in the booking. The purpose of this initial consultation is to assess the Client’s situation, present available immigration options, and provide guidance on next steps. No documents will be reviewed or prepared for application preparation or submission.

The Client agrees to pay a consultation fee of CAD $200, minus any discounts (plus applicable tax), for a session of up to 1 hour. If the Client chooses to retain the RCIC within 30 calendar days from the date of this agreement, the consultation fee will be credited toward the retainer fee.

The Client is required to submit all necessary information, including the completed consultation assessment, at least 48 hours prior to the consultation.

Information and advice provided during the consultation reflects current immigration laws and regulations; however, the RCIC cannot control or foresee future changes.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule your consultation, please email info@safarilinkimmigration.ca. An administrative fee of CAD $25 applies to all cancellations.

Refund Policy

A refund, minus the CAD $25 cancellation fee, is available if the cancellation request is received at least 2 business days in advance. Cancellations made less than 2 business days before the appointment and no-shows are not eligible for a refund.

Please be advised that Purity Ndungu, licensee number R731718, is a member in good standing of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) and, as such, is bound by its By-law, Code of Professional Ethics, and Regulations.

By paying the fee and scheduling the appointment, the client agrees that they have read this initial consultation agreement and agrees to the terms and conditions listed.
