Get started with our services by booking a consultation and completing the required payment. Before booking, please review the initial consultation agreement to understand our terms. Once you’ve booked, complete the assessment form on the consultation booking page as soon as possible. This ensures we have sufficient time to review your information and prepare thoroughly for your session.
During the consultation
This session is designed to provide an in-depth discussion of your case, address any questions you may have, and present personalised immigration options based on your unique profile and current circumstances. Please note that immigration policies are constantly evolving, and our guidance will reflect the most up-to-date information available at the time of your consultation. However, we cannot predict or control future changes.
After the consultation
Retain our services
If you choose to proceed, we will draft a service agreement that outlines the specific services, fees, and the responsibilities of both parties. Signing this agreement will officially engage us to represent you in your immigration matters. Please review it carefully and reach out with any questions you may have.
Provide the required documents
We will provide you with a detailed list of the documents required for your application. Timely submission is essential to ensure your application is filed promptly.
Application preparation and submission
Post-submission
After we submit your application, the IRCC will send you an acknowledgment of receipt. They may also request additional information or documentation, such as biometrics collection. I will promptly forward any such requests to you and assist you in providing the necessary information.
If your application exceeds the standard processing timeframe, I will follow up with the IRCC on your behalf. Once a decision has been reached, I will share the details with you and guide you on the next steps.
